What we do
Polished concrete is a structural system, not a finish coat. We treat it that way.
Every floor we deliver starts with the slab profile, the density, and the moisture content — not the gloss target. We grind to the correct CSP, densify to the correct lithium silicate uptake, and polish to the Polishing Council Level you wrote into the spec. We submit gloss readings. We don't "exceed expectations." We meet the spec, with documentation, on schedule.

Grinding & surface prep
Diamond grinding, shot blasting, scarifying. The spec-writer entry point — get the profile right before anything goes down.

Sealing & densifying
Lithium silicate densifiers, penetrating sealers, topical guards. Under-spec in most submittals; we treat it as load-bearing.
